Joe Eastman is a respected and resourceful executive coach with solid credentials in working with senior executives at various critical points in their careers. Steve has held the senior most Human Resources position for over 25 years with such organizations as Eddie Bauer, Sunglass Hut International, Bath & Body Works and Life Time Fitness. With his deep experience in Human Resources, organizational leadership and coaching, Steve works with clients to define and meet their needs in the areas of life coaching, executive coaching, leadership team development, succession planning and executive transition.
In his role as coach, Steve combines a blend of curiosity and intuition with validated assessment instruments to help pinpoint and address issues that would have otherwise derailed careers or impeded personal growth. He believes in building long term sustainable excellence in his clients and giving them the tools to self observe and self correct.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Minnesota and has the distinction of being the starting center on the last Big 10 Championship football team from that university. Steve received his coaching certification from The Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, CA.
Melissa Logan is a Career and Life Coach with a diversified background in Coaching, Human Resources, Consulting, Public Speaking and Holistic Health. The foundation of her coaching practice is her ability to help clients attain a synergy between mind, body and spirit so that life and career changes are not merely cosmetic, but transformational for the individual.
She has worked with clients from a variety of companies including Accenture, 3M, Medtronic and Retek and provides classroom training at Anoka Ramsey Community College and the Anew Wellness Center in Minneapolis.
Melissa’s education and training include a BS and MBA from the University of Minnesota, certifications in both Meditation and Ayurveda from the Chopra Center for Well-Being in Carlsbad, California and has completed qualification training in a variety of coaching tools including the Myers-Briggs Temperament Indicator (MBTI), the Strong Interest Inventory and the Hogan Assessment System.
