Joe Eastman
is a respected and resourceful executive coach with solid credentials in working with senior executives at various critical points in their careers. His background includes more than eleven years as an executive coach and extensive leadership experience in both line and staff roles in a variety of industries. He is also a past president of the Twin Cities Human Resource Association. Joe is recognized for his ability to relate on a personal level as a credible and valued resource to executives.

He has authored a book of reflective essays titled What is becoming Clearer to Me and is nearing the completion of his second book. He serves on the Board of Directors of a Minneapolis based manufacturing company. He is exceptionally committed to client success through long term relationships, and focuses his work with executives on the subject of leadership and life values.

He is qualified in interpreting the Myers Briggs Temperament Indicator, the Hogan Assessment series, and the Folkman 360 feedback tool. Joe also has a certificate from the Corporate Board of Directors Academy. His credentials include training at the Hudson Institute. He is also a Fellow in the Career Management Institute. He has a degree in Sociology and History from the University of Minnesota.

Melissa Logan is a Career and Life Coach with a diversified background in Coaching, Human Resources, Consulting, Public Speaking and Holistic Health. The foundation of her coaching practice is her ability to help clients attain a synergy between mind, body and spirit so that life and career changes are not merely cosmetic, but transformational for the individual.

She has worked with clients from a variety of companies including Accenture, 3M, Medtronic and Retek and provides classroom training at Anoka Ramsey Community College and the Anew Wellness Center in Minneapolis.

Melissa’s education and training include a BS and MBA from the University of Minnesota, certifications in both Meditation and Ayurveda from the Chopra Center for Well-Being in Carlsbad, California and has completed qualification training in a variety of coaching tools including the Myers-Briggs Temperament Indicator (MBTI), the Strong Interest Inventory and the Hogan Assessment System.
